Momentum Advertising Agency 

This project involved designing a corporate office for an advertising agency by designing allocated areas for all departments and other spaces that were required. This project also involved completing drawings such as a floor plan, rendered floor plan, RCP plan, 3D renderings, rendered and non-rendered elevations.  Momentum Advertising Agency focuses on providing modern and innovative ideas in advertising.  Clients are specifically any company that endorse or embodies the idea of movement. The entire concept of the designed space revolves around the notion of modern movement.

The overall concept for the office design is modern movement. Movement that inspires creativity and drives thinking forward, while evoking a constant sense of motion. My concept heavily involved using textures to portray the theme for modern movement, using materials such as wood slats for a more modern approach. Also carrying the idea movement through the design by using curved walls to mimic the idea of motion within the space. Allocations of the office design involves the executive area being located specifically to have privacy, whereas the workstation areas is more open with walls for sound blocking. Regarding space planning, creative break out areas are implemented into the design, such as white board rooms, booth seating and lounge seating areas. To promote a collaborative and creativity work environment, that enhances the users productivity and increases motivation.
