Bvgari Retail Store
Achieving exuberance in classical roman forms.

This project entailed designing a new retail space for a high-end client. The scope of work included completing drawings such as a floor plan, rendered floor plan, RCP plan, 3D renderings, rendered and non-rendered elevations. The goal of the project was to create a space that fit into the clients brand, yet still felt fresh. Bvgari is a high-end jewelry store, inspired by classical roman architecture and vibrant rich colours. Regarding the design of the new location consists of drawing from classical roman architecture, sculpture and patterns. With an approach embodied elegant curves and forms in mixing traditional and modern materials to elevate a classical roman inspired experience.
The entire concept related to shape, form and materiality that was inspired by classical roman design. Adding elaborate elements to areas such as the private consultation area with brass detail doorway. Along with all the wall cases designed with elongated brass toned glass, emphasizing the luxury finish. Space planning was thought out by developing a space that had a set pathway so customers knew how to navigate through the space. Display table placement anchors certain areas of the store, while the cash desk remained at the back of the store. Focal points were adding to areas such as the cash desk with a green marble backdrop drawing the eye to the back of the designed space.
